Kenn has been involved in the design, planning, permitting and construction of industrial parks and their infrastructure for nearly 35 years. During that period Kenn has been directly responsible for the development of eight industrial and business parks and an airport in western Massachusetts as well as over a 125 industrial building projects within those Parks. Complex project administration is his expertise along with hands on administration and management of brownfield site remediation and industrial/business reuse. Bryan has been involved in industrial real estate development for more than 25 years as a broker, builder, and developer. He has managed and supervised projects that have ranged from small industrial parks and brownfields development to siting and permitting complex industrial facilities. Bryan is directly responsible for identifying, permitting, and developing new industrial/business park land resources for Westmass. Bryan works with individual companies, their architects, and engineers in facility planning, permitting, and construction within all Westmass active parks. Bryan will be involved with your project from your first call to Westmass to your ribbon cutting ceremony and for years after.

Westmass is pleased to have Jeff on its fulltime staff. Jeff earned his Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts—Amherst and has been working with Westmass for over six years now. Jeff prepares all our AUTOCAD 2D & 3D graphics and other visual materials for presentations at public meetings and hearings, various Boards and Commissions and of course our own Board of Directors. Jeff has valuable expertise and experience in the preparation of conceptual site plans, and landscaping/drainage details. Marion has been a successful Administrative Assistant for 18 years and has been Westmass’ primary administrative assistant since 1999. Marion has extensive knowledge of all Westmass’ services and can easily direct you to the appropriate development professional for valuable assistance without delay. She manages all the professional staff’s calendars, prepares all project related submissions and permit applications and is our website administrator.
