Kenn has been involved in the design, planning, permitting and construction of industrial parks and their infrastructure for nearly 35 years. During that period Kenn has been directly responsible for the development of eight industrial and business parks and an airport in western Massachusetts as well as over a 125 industrial building projects within those Parks. Complex project administration is his expertise along with hands on administration and management of brownfield site remediation and industrial/business reuse. Ed Jodoin comes to Westmass with 25 years in retail construction and development of big box buildings renovating supermarkets, restaurants and large capital projects in the northeast corridor. Ed has extensive experience in facility management and commercial property development. He works directly with clients in the development of needs including preliminary design and budgeting extending through completion insuring that the client’s needs are fulfilled. At Westmass, Ed is using his expertise to assist businesses that relocate and develop at the Ludlow Mills.

Eric’s background in site development and design encompasses experience gained over 20 years as a consultant managing numerous industrial and commercial site development projects. Eric is proficient in all aspects of site design and planning. He possesses in-depth knowledge of regulations related to development as well as permitting requirements at the municipal, state, and federal levels for both new and redevelopment projects. While working for landscape architecture/engineering firms in Massachusetts, Eric designed and engineered plans for complex industrial and business developments site plans as well as obtaining approvals for many projects in environmentally sensitive areas. In addition, he is skilled in establishing strong working relationships with consultant teams and contractors accelerating project completion.
