Available Land Resources

All Westmass Parks are fully serviced with roads, water, sewer, electric, natural gas, and telecommunications. They have also undergone state and local permit reviews. This means that, upon submittal of site plans, the timeframe for approval of a project is measured in days, not months.

Recently, Harvey Industries, Inc. received approval (including a full wetlands permit) for its new 255,000 SF manufacturing facility on 32 acres in the Chicopee River Business Park in 69 days, including holidays!

The following parks currently have available land resources:

Chicopee River Business Park

Located at the intersection of I-90 (Exit #6) and I-291/91, Chicopee River Business Park has large and small sites available for office and manufacturing users. It also has two (2) shovel ready sites remaining for your consideration. Download the PDF here
