Available Sites & Historic Buildings
All Westmass Parks are fully serviced with roads, water, sewer, electric, natural gas, and telecommunications. They have also undergone state and local permit reviews. This means that, upon submittal of specific site plans, the timeframe for approval of a project is measured in days, not months.
The following parks currently have available land resources:
Chicopee River Business Park
Located at the intersection of I-90 (Exit #6) and I-291/91, Chicopee River Business Park has large and small sites available for office, light industrial and manufacturing users. All sites are pre-permitted and Westmass will coordinate and manage all local expedited permitting to meet your construction schedule.
Deer Park Industrial Center
Deer Park is located on the Massachusetts/Connecticut border in East Longmeadow, MA. As in all
Westmass parks, deed restrictions control the
design and maintenance of properties to assure

Hadley University Business Park
The Hadley University Business Park is located
less than a mile from the University of Massachusetts
at Amherst with an extensive offering of amenities
such as hotels and retail centers close by. Hadley boasts one of the lowest property tax rates in the state. Property Map
The Ludlow Mills Preservation and Redevelopment project is located one mile south of Exit 7 on the Mass Pike. The project offers a complete range of space options for small and large businesses.
