The Ludlow Mills is in pre-development. The proposed project is located one mile south of Exit 7 on the Mass Pike. The project will offer a complete range of space options for small and large businesses. Existing mill space will be renovated for users from 1,000 to 200,000 SF. New construction options are also available within a business park setting for a wide range of structures. The property is located on the scenic Chicopee River and is centrally located within the region. Many of the region’s successful businesses started out occupying space in the Ludlow Mills.

All Westmass Parks are fully serviced with roads, water, sewer, electric, natural gas, and telecommunications. They have also undergone state and local permit reviews. This means that, upon submittal of site plans, the timeframe for approval of a project is measured in days, not months.

The Hadley University Business Park is located less than a mile from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in Hadley with an extensive offering of amenities such as hotels and retail centers close by. Hadley boasts one of the lowest property tax rates in the state.
Deer Park Industrial Center
